My role was to design the training programmes and courses for new candidates navigating from there first few weeks with the company on to in-depth training modules they could attend to develop and sharpen there sales skills. Since my time with Stepstone UK I have designed extensive training modules and presentations, starter packs and prepared various programme launches. If it was printed I probably designed it.
