Fat Out Fest Is Fat Out Promotions flagship event that was produced sporadically since 2011. The festival started as a two day DIY punk festival with bands performing back to back between the Islington Mill event & gallery spaces. The 2017 edition of the festival saw a break out of the Islington Mill and take over of two adjacent warehouse spaces for three days of continuous experimental music and art performances. with curatorial partners such as; VideoJam, Gizeh Records, Tombed Visions, Opal Tapes, Baba Yaga’s Hut, Basilica Hudson, Le Guess Who?, Cheryl, The Quietus, Lovers & Lollypops, Supersonic Festival, Sweet Sticky & The Wire.
My brief was to capture the essence of Festival and deliver it across multi platforms. Creating the initial artwork and theme of the event and translating that across various media for initial launch, I then expanded on the posters corresponding to each different promoter curating at the festival, and a specific time table corresponding to each of the venues stages.
